MARY H. "JOYCE" BERGERON
began her
employment in 1971 as legal secretary working in all
phases of the law firm, including successions, divorces,
criminal, personal injury and real estate closings.
With in a few years, her responsibilities included real
estate transactions averaging 250 transactions per
year. As the firm grew into six real estate closing
offices, Joyce became the Office Administrator of the
law firm and real estate department. She was then
responsible for the operation of all offices with staff
of 40-50 employees and handling of real estate files
averaging from 1500 to 2000 files per year. Joyce is
experienced in all phases of residential and commercial
closings; FHA/VA/Conventional closings; collateral
mortgage; multiple indebtedness mortgages. |

JANE S. BROUSSARD
has over 30 years as a primary closing Notary,
specializing in all aspects of residential and
commercial transactions and title insurance
requirements. She began in 1963 as part-time employee
and became experienced in all areas of the real estate
transactions and became responsible of a real estate
division that grew into six offices dedicated to both
residential and commercial real estate transactions,
with full title insurance services. Jane has worked
closely with title insurance underwriters and staff
title attorneys for years and she has also handled
commercial transactions for the several companies and
serviced special clients. |
